What can I do at home to improve my appearance? No surgery or injections please!

I appreciate honesty on how I can approve my appearance, such as hairstyle, or any suggestions you may have. I'm also very curious to get feedback on the asymmetry in my face and if it is very noticeable to you.

I work out, try to maintain a healthy, balanced diet, and take good care of my hair and skin. Honestly, I’m not sure what else I can do to improve, so any advice is welcome. I just ask that you please be kind and respectful.

Also I am stuck between keeping a more natural and “clean Girl” look, (which I feel radiates most in number two), or keep my make-up look in number one. I've already gotten lots of great advice for my hair, eyebrows and skin. I'm planning on going on accutane too. I'm also getting back into the gym. Any further ideas? Open to anything that isn't a cosmetic procedure of any kind.
