They did great against the broncos in game one. Now they can’t seem to generate pressure and have had zero sacks in the last two games. I don’t understand what changed but we really need to see some improvement there. I know we’ve been talking about the o line a lot but the D line doesn’t seem great.

Now don’t get me wrong. We seen strong at stopping the rush. We also seen decent at stopping the scramble. But the pass game is complete reliant on our secondary right now. We just got a lot of new talent here and it needs time to develop. I am feeling lackluster about their development so far. It was a big issue last year and I was hoping to see some improvement by now.

I know we don’t really have a ton of options in the WR room but Worthy has been super underwhelming IMO. Two receptions yesterday is unacceptable as far as I’m concerned. I said from day one he isn’t big enough or physical enough despite his speed. I’ll admit I don’t do as deep of a dive as some here, what are other opinions on him and where we should go from here?

I'm really looking forward to this game, and since Simmons won't be back yet (wasn't in practice last week and got a 2nd opinion from a back doctor which usually means the first answer wasn't great) I'm betting that the coaching staff has some seriously cool plays that we're going to see for the first time especially since Benson v. Crosby (in an away game, with silent calls) is apt to be a big challenge - Crosby v Benson is some Godzilla vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle shi.

Options: chip help (maybe a few, I expect to see K9 bang into Crosby on his way out more than once), probably a lot of quick throws with some really neat movement.

I guess probably that Harlem Globetrotters hot potato pre-pass business from last year won't come out again but I'd be delighted.

I think it's going to be a really exciting game.
