Or if I am in a cold cell with AC blowing constantly, a nice hot shower sounds nice.

“Bad conditions for everyone”
Or “human conditions for everyone.”
So, like, I too don’t give a shit about these guys but every “lol…serves them right” is sort of a normalization of conditions that I don’t think we should take lightly, even if I don’t care about how it affects those particular 2 people out of the very large number of people that are subjected to it.

They’re in protective custody, which is satisfying because in most institutions that’s much more boring than general population and makes your time go excruciatingly slow since it’s basically the same as being in solitary confinement. You just get slightly more privileges like being able to exercise outside for an hour every day in most states.
You can tell they’re really reaching with the air-conditioning thing like every prison has air-conditioning or something lmao.

Whether someone did a crime or not, they’re still human and deserve better than that.

I don't believe prisons should be like this
I also believe that folks like the Tates should be treated the same as any other prisoner. 'Celebrity' should only matter in prison in terms of keeping inmates safe from other inmates if required, and that's it. They should have no more call on a better cell than the next inmate, regardless of how much money or poltical pull they have.
